Palmdale Regional Medical Center Earns Three-Year CARF Accreditation

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that The Rehabilitation Institute at Palmdale Regional Medical Center has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International for a period of three years for its Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs – Hospital (Adults). This is the first accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has given to Palmdale Regional Medical Center.

This accreditation represents the highest level that can be given to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standardsAspire to Excellence CARF Accredited. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.

This accreditation process brought together a partnership between our hospital team members and our physicians that provided a vital quality accreditation in inpatient rehabilitation services within the Antelope Valley.”
